Microsoft Open Source Discord (microsoft/open-source-discord)

I’ve just created a landing repo for the Microsoft Open Source Discord at https://github.com/microsoft/open-source-discord

The Discord has been quietly growing since we first started it in 2020. We now have hundreds of Microsoft employees and thousands of lifetime members. We have also been validated as an official community server.

One challenge Discord servers have is discoverability. It’s often hard to find the invite URL. Here you can both discover the Discord easily via a search engine as well as find the invite URLs (https://discord.gg/microsoft-open-source or https://aka.ms/open-source-discord), a listing of current channels and their purposes, upcoming and past events, as well as the code of conduct.
